Packaging- Up to A3 (≤ 29.7×42 cm): rigid mailer with reinforced protection.
- Larger than A3: heavy-duty mailing tube with protective end caps; artwork rolled with interleaving paper and kraft wrap.
- Originals/framed works: shipped flat in reinforced packaging or crated.

- Customs & duties: VAT/duties for international orders are paid by the recipient per destination rules (not included even with free shipping).
- Damage on arrival: please contact within 48 hours with photos; I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
